BORGO

Maintained and updated UI designs to stay aligned with the live website, while improving the overall UX and addressing identified pain points.

Was responsible for the UI maintenance on the customer's design files. This involved making sure that the designs were up to date and synced with the customer's website that had been developed. Furthermore, identified different design solutions to issues and pain points that the customer had identified earlier.

ESSITY

Conducted an accessibility audit for a health and medical education website, improving UX for users with disabilities and delivering a comprehensive report on time and within budget.

CONSAT NEXT

Enhanced Consat's IoT platform by conducting user research and designing the UI for a charging management system. Refined the experience through rapid prototyping and iterative customer testing to ensure a high-quality UX.

Focused on improving Consat's digital, ready-to-use IoT platform and framework. My work involved conducting user research to pinpoint areas for improving the user experience within a charging management system. I then designed the system's UI and used rapid prototyping and regular user testing with customers to refine the design and ensure a positive user experience.
